Flytop Circuits is proud to announce that overall On Time Delivery (OTD) in 2018 increased to 98.65%. This key performance indicator confirms Flytop Circuits’ commitment to improvement and customer requirements.
Motivated by a company poll that showed customer’s top two requirements for their printed circuit board suppliers were “quality” and “on time delivery”. Flytop Circuits set aggressive goals and included them as Key Performance Indicators (KPI) again for 2018. The goal set for OTD was 96% overall.
The overall OTD improved to 98.65% for 2018 from 95.21% in 2017. This improvement included an 12.5% increase in part numbers shipped. These numbers, although lofty, show the commitment the company has made to its customers. “We have improved our OTD by more than three percentage points this year,” said John Chan, president. “We have mightily surpassed our goal of 96% for 2018 and now strive to keep our OTD for 2019 over 98%. Our staff is proud of the accomplishment and look forward to more improvement in 2019.”
