PCB orders in Germany went up by 21.8 percent in September compared to the same month last year, according to the ZVEI PCB and Electronic Systems. It was the second highest order during the past seven years, and about 8 percent higher than the long-term average.
For the first nine months of the year, however, total orders was 5 percent lower from that of the same period last year. September saw total sales declining by 4 percent year-on-year. For the first three quarters, total sales was likewise down by 4 percent.
